4D Pregnancy Scans (no referral required)

Resonant offers 4D scans, providing pregnant women with the opportunity to see detailed real-time images of their baby before birth.
During this 15-minute scan, a series of still images and video clips will be captured. Selected images can be printed, and all images and video clips will be made available for digital download.
For the best images, 4D scans are ideally performed between 26 and 32 weeks’ gestation, when facial features are more developed and there is usually sufficient fluid surrounding the baby to obtain clear images.
4D scans are not diagnostic ultrasound examinations and are not intended to assess fetal growth, anatomy, wellbeing, or pregnancy complications. To access this service, you must have previously undergone an ultrasound examination for the current pregnancy at Resonant.
A referral is not required. 4D scans do not attract a Medicare rebate and are privately funded.
